Integrated Project Management (trading as IPM) is an independent professional management consultancy providing our clients with a team of highly skilled and experienced project leaders. IPM was established in 2002 on the premise that there was a better way of delivering projects for our clients. We have remained true to our virtues from inception; to always assign a director and senior experienced manager to each project. The IPM management team is led by two directors and an associate director with a collective experience of more than 60 years. They are primarily responsible for the successful delivery of all projects which ensures the company’s future. All staff are tertiary qualified and accomplished managers, respected by their peers and clients alike. We offer a full range of management services across a broad spectrum of sectors. We aim to work in the client’s organization, on the project providing independent, impartial and objective direction. Our core consultancy services are project and programme management. These are enhanced by a range of specialist services across an assets life cycle ranging from development management, client representation and design management. Our key clients in New Zealand include one of the largest retail operators in Australasia, Five of the largest District Health Boards, and higher education providers. We have recently provided expert and tailored solutions as the Project Director for the ground-breaking Vinegar Lane and Cider building mix use development and redevelopment of Taranaki Hospital in New Plymouth. IPM has a long and enviable track record and enjoys continued business with clients since its inception.
